RETURN & REFUND

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of the order placement and the goods are new and unopened. To initiate the return process, email info@platinumpeptides.com and a team member will assist you. Please note that, for opened, altered, or specially handled items, including those requiring specific temperature conditions, we are unable to accept returns due to the potential for degradation and contamination.

Return Eligibility:

• Incorrect Products: If the product you received is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
• Unsatisfactory Products: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
• Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order, we will cover the cost to send the missing products.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at info@platinumpeptides.com within 14 days of receiving your order to receive an Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Provide the reason for the return and include pictures of the product.
3. Our team will review your request and determine whether a refund is applicable.
4. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on the return process.

Refund Process:

• Once the returned items are verified, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Note: Opened items will not be accepted for return.
